Rakhi Love Cancellation Policy

Please Read the Below Cancellation Policy carefully for any cancellation.

• A customer can only be able to cancel his/her order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Customer can cancel their order by contacting Rakhi Love through Email or Phone Number given on the site.
• If customer has cancelled his or her order before 24 hours, then in this case 90% of order amount will be refunded to the customer. Payment Gateway and transaction charges are still applicable to the customer.
• No cancellation request will be accepted after 24 hours of placing it.
• If by mistake Duplicate order has been placed by the customer, then customer is allowed to cancel only one order after 24 hours. Before 24 hours both duplicate order cancellation request is acceptable with 10% of amount deduction.

Once the refunded amount will be processed by the team of Rakhi Love. It can take 10 to 15 days to reflect into customer account. The refund will be credited back to the original payment mode of the customer.
